What Happens After I Pay the Registration Deposit?

Once the $100.00 deposit plus a $7.50 service fee is received by the Woodland Jr. Wolves, you will receive an e-mail message confirming that your online Pre-Registration Form and deposit payment was successful. Please allow 1 - 3 days to receive your e-mail confirmation. Your player's spot on a squad will not be reserved until the Woodland Jr. Wolves has received both your Pre-Registration Form and your $100 deposit. 

It is your responsibility to ensure all required documents and registration fees are submitted to WJW no later than June 1, 2010 for Cheer or July 1, 2010 for Football. Failure to complete your player's registration by these dates may result in the loss of a spot on a squad. In addition, your $100 deposit will be forfeited.

Registration Packet

Within 10 days, you will be sent a complete Woodland Jr. Wolves player Registration Packet at the address listed on the Pre-Registration Form for Parent #1. Your Registration Packet will contain the following documents:

• Player Handbook
• Athlete's Code of Conduct
• Parent Volunteer Agreement
• Athletic Waiver and Release
• Parent's Code of Conduct
• Completed Physical Form
• Player Handbook Agreement
• Sacramento Youth Football Amateur Athletic Waiver and Release of Liability
• Sacramento Youth Football Code of Conduct
• Certified Copy of Birth Certificate (New Participants Only)

It is your responsibility to submit the remaining registration fee amounts due plus the required registration documents to the Woodland Jr. Wolves no later than the following dates:

Cheer (New and Returning)	June 1, 2010
Football	July 1, 2010

Any participant who has not returned their completed registration packet and/or paid registration fees in full by the above dates, will not be allowed to participate or receive his or her uniform and equipment.

Important!
