2010 Pre-Registration Form

A Pre-Registration Form and $100 Deposit is required to register your player.


PLEASE NOTE:  THERE IS A $7.50 SERVICE FEE TO PRE-REGISTER YOUR PLAYER ONLINE USING A CREDIT CARD.

Instructions: To register online, please complete the form below, and click Submit. All fields must be completed before your online registration can be submitted. After submitting the Pre-Registration Form below, you will be taken to the WJW Registration Deposit Payment Page to pay the $100 deposit plus a $7.50 service fee using a credit card. Please repeat this process for each participant you are registering.

Cheer (Returning) $225.00 with a $50.00 Volunteer Fee = $275.00 Registration
Cheer (New) $350.00 with a $50.00 Volunteer Fee = $400.00 Registration

Please repeat this process for each participant you are registering. 




You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the Woodland Junior Wolves to confirm that your online pre-registration and deposit payment was received successfully. Please allow 1 - 3 days to receive your e-mail confirmation.

IMPORTANT! Your player's spot on a squad will not be reserved until the Woodland Junior Wolves has received both your Pre-Registration Form and your $100 deposit.
